Pancho & Lefty’s New NashMex Hits Music City

It’s fiesta time, amigos! Just six short months after our North Star Session in which we identified the top-shelf cantina concept’s North Star with a powerful positioning and never-before-tasted cuisine, Pancho & Lefty’s is opening in the historic Sutler saloon space.

Pancho & Lefty’s is known for its award-winning tacos and margaritas, winning the title of the Nashville Scene’s Best Margarita in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and Best Taco in 2021. Now they’ll also bring slow-cooked classics and Mexican-flavor mashups to the menu.
